Description: 3 steel arches joined at the peak, connected by cables
Caption: Maplewood Arch, which stands in Triangle Park at the intersection of Lake Avenue and Ridge Road, was conceived as a welcoming monument for the Maplewood Neighborhood. Sculptor Dejan Pejovic fabricated the piece from a 3/4" steel plate and 3/8 stainless steel cable. The Maplewood Neighborhood Association secured a grant from the City for both the sculpture and "welcome" sign that adorns the nearby pedestrian bridge.
